I’m a photographer rooted in Appalachia and I work with my partner to create the images behind Fifth House Photos! We work in East Tennessee and strive to create a safe space where people from all walks of life can simply be. What began as a creative hobby quickly grew into something more. As we spent more time behind the camera, we discovered how empowering and artistic photography can be, not only for the people we photograph, but for ourselves as well.

We are drawn to the raw, unfiltered side of life and to discovering what makes each person unique. At Fifth House, our foundation is built on uplifting others and empowering our community. We create visual stories that are intentional, expressive, and full of passion.

A meaningful part of our journey behind the lens is navigating the world as queer individuals. We lead with kindness and take pride in holding space for authenticity. We are committed to fostering an environment that is inclusive, respectful, and supportive of everyone we work with!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is no set number of people per session. Additional charges may apply depending on group size.

  • I will enhance elements such as lighting, makeup, remove stains, etc. I will not edit blemishes, scars, bruises, or anything that alters or distorts your natural appearance unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • If the agreed location has a parking fee, the fee will be added to the price of the package. The fee will be covered up to $15.

  • Client rescheduling/cancellations that are made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the session will forfeit their deposit.

    Client rescheduling/cancellations that are made more than 2 days (48 hours) before the session may transfer their booking deposit to a new date once.

    If the client cancels/reschedules the second booking made with the original deposit, the deposit is forfeited and cannot transfer any further. Therefore, any new booking thereafter requires a new deposit.

    This policy does not apply to weather-related delays that impact the shoot. Specific details will be outlined in the photography services agreement discussed during booking.

  • Need your photos fast and want priority editing? Want to add extra locations or props? We can add-on to almost any package type!

    The pricing of add-ons are determined on case-by case basis and will likely vary from person to person. Inquire with us to let us know what you had in mind and get a quote!

  • My standard turnaround time is about two weeks. Turnaround time can vary based on the individual demands of a session or if priority editing is included.

  • Price for travel and events are negotiated based on distance, time, group size, and number of images. Inquire for further discussion
